Leslie is certified in both Washington and Oregon and has been in public accounting since 1980. After attending Clark College, she graduated from the University of Portland, with honors. Leslie has previously been on the board of directors and finance committees for Mt. Hood Council of Camp Fire and The Hardy Plant Society of Oregon. She was also formerly the president and board member of Camp Opportunity, Inc. She often provides consulting and has done speaking engagements for local organizations.

Born and raised in Clark County has provided Leslie with a broad understanding of the local economy and business community. Leslie is co-owner of a local convenience store with her brother. She enjoys quilting and reading as well as gardening and traveling with her husband.

Leslie is a member of of both the Washington and Oregon Society of CPA's as well as the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
