Micci is certified as a CPA in Washington and Oregon as well as her native state of Montana. She is very detail oriented and has extensive experience in bookkeeping, payroll, tax and auditing. Micci also does the majority of the accounting software consulting for the firm.

Micci graduated from Montana State University in 1990. She moved to Washington in 1995 and enjoys fishing, camping and hiking with her family.
