Currie & McLain, P.S., Certified Public Accountants, was formed by Leslie M. Currie and Linda W. McLain in 1988. The Company is a public accounting firm located at 1111 Main Street, Suite 400, Vancouver, Washington. The Company's location, in one of downtown Vancouver's historic buildings, provides easy access for clients coming from any direction, including Portland, Oregon.

Since its formation, Currie & McLain, P.S. has been a successful, progressive public accounting firm. Certified in Washington and Oregon, the firm is available to practice in both states. The firm is an active member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Washington Society of Certified Public Accountants (WSCPA) and the Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants (OSCPA).

Homeowner Association Services

Did you know:

Washington State requires Condominium associations with over 50 units to have an annual audit conducted by a public accounting firm.
An audit is also required for homeowner associations with over $50,000 in annual gross revenues.*
Both Washington and Oregon require reserves to be set aside for capital replacements and that the IRS has specific tax requirements regarding theses reserves.

*Depending on the association’s legal documents, an audit may be waived by a membership vote.
